A Beverly Hills estate, free for creators with an audience of 2,000+ — photoshoots, music videos, film and content days. No rental fee, no commission. Wardrobe and styling included.

Tell us who you are, what you make, and what you want to shoot. Our floor is 2,000 followers; creators at 50,000+ are routed to priority booking. We confirm each slot personally — the estate doesn’t scale, so we keep it curated.
The estate, its rooms and grounds are yours for the day. Common Closet — our vintage and designer wardrobe inside the estate — comes with styling support, at no cost. You keep every frame you make.
In return we ask three things, agreed up front: tag the location, post stories during your shoot, and let us repost your work to our channels. Your audience meets the Castle — that’s the whole trade.
After you register, post your project — “photographer, need a model and MUA” — and it appears on our creator board. Other approved creators join in. Photographers find models, models find photographers, everyone leaves with work.
The estate also hosts private gatherings of up to 60 guests — launches, screenings, salon nights. If that’s what you’re planning, choose “Private event” in the form and we’ll take it from there.
Wonder Castle is run by Common Closet Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in service of human expression. We don’t rent the estate — we lend it to people who make things, and their work carries the space further than any listing could. As generated media becomes ordinary, work made by people in real rooms must be seen clearly. That is why creator access is free.

What does wardrobe access include?
Common Closet is a vintage and custom designer wardrobe inside the estate. On your shoot day it comes with styling support, free. It’s part of creator access — not a store, not a rental.
Can I bring my own crew?
Of course. And if you’re missing someone — a photographer, a model, an MUA — post your project to our creator board and approved creators will join you.
What about private events?
The estate hosts private gatherings of up to 60 guests. Choose “Private event” in the form and we’ll follow up with details — these are reviewed separately from shoots.
